Every Monday, Food of the Week celebrates my favorite dish from the previous seven days. This year, I was lucky enough to live in Los Angeles and travel to incredible eating cities like Hong Kong, Honolulu, San Francisco, and New York. Seemingly unlikely places like Richmond and Salt Lake City also yielded culinary treasures. In retrospect, here are my 10 favorite foods from 2013, which appear in order of preference.
