On February 28, Street Gourmet LA founder Bill Esparza posted about his last taste of Guadalajara at Birria Victor: Goat Stew Tail-Gate Party on a Real Food Truck, a Pick-Up Truck That Is, where he enjoyed goat udder, tripe and leg while he watched a “hypnotizing flap of tendon giggling about.”
On February 28, Table Conversation founder Barbara Hansen takes A Look at Taiwanese Desserts including sweetened lotus seed soup, small cakes of sweetened red beans and “inky black pudding.”
