Chengdu Noodle House, a Sichuan-style restaurant from Helen Zhou and Lisa Wong in Walnut Plaza since October 2016, serves off-menu noodle dishes, but doesn’t stop there. Look into the open kitchen to find tantalizing links of house-made sausage.

Pork sausage is pocked with fat, seasoned with chile flakes and tongue-tingling Sichuan peppercorns. Pan-fried slices stain the plate fire red and leave a lasting impression on your palate. Who knows what other culinary wonders that Chengdu Noodle House is hiding?
