All Time Breakfast Sandwich

Breakfast Sandwich Los Angeles

All Time is a new Los Feliz restaurant from longtime coffee pro Tyler Wells and front of house/wine wizard Ashley Ragovin that lives up to its name, serving brunch all-day, plus dinner from Thursday through Sunday.

All Time replaced McCall’s short-lived Twenty40 bakery. The setting now includes a wood pallet fence, black and white checked floor, and tasteful floral touches. Chef Jake Cohen worked for McCall’s and spent time cooking in Belgium and New York City before complementing All Time’s impeccable coffee program with globally inflected comfort food.

All Time’s Greek-inspired Breakfast Sandwich ($10) stands out in a busy field. Cohen crafts juicy sausage patties using Duroc pork shoulder, oregano, citrus zest, garlic, and chile flakes. Each sandwich includes savory whipped feta, fried egg, and herbaceous salsa verde on buttery griddled pain au lait. I could eat this breakfast sandwich all the time.

Dose of Vitamin P spotlights my favorite pork dish from the previous week.
