The rather immodestly titled “Perfect Lunch” returns today to One Pico at Shutters on the Beach in Santa Monica. Each week, Chef Michael Reardon is preparing a different appetizer, entrée and “sweet treat to go,” all market-driven and all for $20. The “perfect lunch” is available Monday through Saturday. Here are some recent menus, all including the “sweet treat to go.”

Grilled Peaches, Burrata, Basil Salad, Sicilian Olive Oil
