Go Eat Los Angeles

Food Charity Los Angeles

Participate in Go Eat Los Angeles and help people impoverished by HIV/AIDS.

Four weeks from today, dozens of restaurants will participate in Go Eat Los Angeles. Restaurateurs will donate at least 15% of proceeds to Aid for AIDS, which works to prevent homelessness and hunger for people impoverished by HIV/AIDS. For example, Vincenti in Brentwood will donate 15%. Palate Food + Wine has pledged 20%. Meals By Genet, Luma-Ka-Naad Thai and Taste on Melrose will each contribute 30%. Masa of Echo Park and Lucifers Pizza in Los Feliz will donate a whopping 50%. All Angelenos have to do is eat at a participating restaurant on February and they’ll contribute.

The Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco has sponsored a grand prize stay at the deluxe hotel. Entry forms will be available at participating restaurants on February 26. Consolation prizes include an ocean-room stay at Hotel Casa Del Mar in Santa Monica, brunch at The Smoke House in Burbank and a gospel brunch at the House of Blues.

The organization is still accepting restaurants.
