In honor of their ninth anniversary, chef Paul Rosenbluh has introduced Burgers, Beer & Blues on Thursday nights at Firefly Bistro.
Burger options may include Mushroom-Oregano Seasoned Hamburger with Crispy Shallots and Firefly Fries; Tomato and Grilled Zucchini Veggie Burger with Herbed Goat Cheese and Rosemary Mayo; or a Classic Burger with Tomato Chutney and/or Pickled Jalapeños. All burgers are $12 or less, depending on the toppings. Finish off your meal with a bottled beer and a house-made dessert from pastry chef Gina Garcia. For instance: peach crisp.
You’ll also find Barry “Big B” Brenner, who plays Delta, Piedmont, Texas and Chicago style blues. Firefly Bistro is open Thursday nights from 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM.
