Craft Beer Kansas City

180 Degrees at the DRB, a popular craft beer bar in downtown Miami, resides right below the Metromover monorail station. A covered patio gives way to reclaimed wood walls and a bar with four rotating taps and well over 100 bottles and cans. I was happy to see a sour section on their menu and indulged in a can of Destihl Brewery Counter Clockweisse, part of the Illinois brewery’s WiLD SOUR Series. Better yet, they sold bottles of Boulevard Brewing

Boulevard’s take on a savory style of wheat beer that originated in Goslar, Germany, clocks 4.2% ABV. Brewers hit it with coriander and sea salt during the boil and finish with dried hibiscus flowers to finish, imparting a pink hue. If you’re a fan of the Mexican agua fresca jamaica and enjoy mildly tart beers, Boulevard’s hibiscus gose is for you.
