Tonight, Chef Gloria Felix and front-of-the-house partner Darren Roberts finally open reservoir, their hotly anticipated Silver Lake restaurant. The interior dining room will accommodate 40 diners, including banquettes. The copper bar hosts black leather bar stools. The ceiling is crafted from refurbished redwood. Outside, the patio will accommodate another eight or nine tables.
The opening menu changed since my last report so that Felix could adjust for a new season.
