In preparation for the “Sporting Life”, the Los Angeles Bartender’s Guild one-year anniversary party, I have been receiving bottles of liquor from various distributors.

I have tasted “Eden in a Bottle”. I have had the privilege, according to Allison Evanow, Founder and CEO of Square One Organic Spirits, to be the first person to try SQUARE ONE BOTANICAL from the line.

According to the bottle, “ This enticing composition of organic fruit, floral, spice and herbs mingle together in a distinctly aromatic blend, creating a sophisticated taste experience and offering a unique twist to both classic and contemporary cocktails.”

“Square One Botanicals is Eden in a bottle. Master Distiller Bill Scott has crafted an intriguing blend of certified organic rye neutral grain spirits infused with 8 organic botanicals – pear, rose, chamomile, lemon, verbena, lavender, rosemary, coriander, and citrus peel.”

And, yes, each botanical is apparent in each taste.

When it’s available to the public, go get some!!!!
