February 8, 2012 - Café Dulce resides in the center of Little Tokyo’s Japanese Village Plaza, brews LAMILL coffee, and fries a variety of donuts, including maple macadamia, glazed bacon, and green tea filled with vanilla custard. They also make spirulina churros?!

February 6, 2012 – Jimmy Han and wife Yume debuted New Order Mondays at their Koreatown gastropub, Beer Belly, pairing ’80s music with over-the-top dishes like Death By Duck. They toss French fries in duck fat, top with duck confit, and serve with raspberry mustard dipping sauce.

February 7, 2012Heirloom LA introduced a number of new initiatives to the world on Wednesday, including a book-able tasting room called The Salon, a taco cart that parks alongside their Glassell Park catering kitchen, and a fruit, vegetable and herb garden in back.
