July 9, 2012 – Coni’Seafood changed names from Mariscos Chentes last year, but the Inglewood restaurant still has the same owner – Connie Cossio – and the same chef – Sergio Penuelas. They also continue to char-grill snook for pescado zarandeado, por kilo.
