SUR owners Lisa Vanderpump Todd and Ken Todd bring the party to Beverly Hills’ Golden Triangle.

Lisa Vanderpump Todd and Ken Todd debut Villa Blanca on April 29 in Trilussa’s former Beverly Hills home. The Todds already own SUR in West Hollywood and aim to tempt palates in the Golden Triangle while providing sangria pitchers, cocktails and people watching opportunities on the patio.

Lisa Vanderplump Todd is an interior designer and worked to deliver a space that’s “sexy, white, clean, comfortable and inspired” at Villa Blanca. After all, as she says, “If the ambiance isn’t great, you might as well stay home and order take-out.”

Francis Dimitrius is a Southern California native who spent the past two years as the Executive Chef of Koi. Before that, he worked at Matsuhisa in Aspen and Chez Melange in Redondo Beach. At Villa Blanca, he’s offering dishes like Blanca’s Crispy Chicken with sweet soy-glazed haricot verts, Kurobuta Pork Loin roasted with Chinese five spice, and Roasted Chilean Sea Bass with mango chipotle chutney and crispy lentils.

Dimitrius said, “I’m excited to be able to showcase my Mediterranean and European influences, and the menu will be truly distinctive.”
