Khao Kluk Kapi ($15)
In celebration of Thai New Year (April 13) and the Tourism Authority of Thailand’s Thai Restaurant Week, Khao Kluk Kapi features fermented shrimp paste fried rice with sweet pork belly, egg omelet, crispy dried shrimp, and other assorted toppings, paired with gourd soup.
