On March 30, Eater LA contributor Daniela Galarza reported Morihiro Onodera of Mori Sushi Considers New Food Biz, “or two.”

On March 29, Eater LA editor Kat Odell delves deeper into the Osteria La Buca revamp, writing, Neroni Chats New La Buca Menu; Porchetta On The Way. “Grassroots Italian” dishes will incorporate no more than five ingredients. That goes for porchetta.

On March 30, Squid Ink staffer Elina Shatkin posted a “first look,” titled Beyond Organic: Going “Fully Traceable” with Daily Dose’s Christian Page.

On March 28, Squid Ink contributor Andrew Simmons reports on Central Fish Market in Compton: More Fish in the Sea, describing whiting, snapper, buffalo and catfish, which are all available by the pound and fry-able in cornmeal.

Midtown Lunch

On March 31, Midtown Lunch founder Zach Brooks reported Wakasan Now Open For Lunch; Serving Ramen and More in Westwood. He shares impressions of the ramen and tuna bowl.
